Over 20+ years in real estate, I've helped build and implement repeatable systems across recruiting, onboarding, marketing support, transaction management, and team communication. I'm hands-on with the tools that power modern real estate?CRM, transaction platforms, back-office systems, and workflow integrations?because support should show up in the work: fewer preventable issues, cleaner files, better timelines, and a better client experience.
